Customer Service

We are a service economy, so shouldn't customer service be generally great?

We just bought a new car, and they treated us like we came in and bought a single stamp. Shouldn't they treat customers well to bring us back again or so that we'll tell our friends about them or just because???

Apparently, we should have bought our car at Starbucks. At least they would have been nice to us and they would have put extra foam on the car without snarling or charging us extra...

Uh, yeah, those smiles at Starbucks only exist because they are high on caffeine. They must not have decent coffee at the dealership. That's a bummer though, good customer service is hard to come by these days.
